Fit great, performance is subpar.
I bought these headphones about three months ago from best buy. At first the headphones were exactly what I was looking for: great sound quality, good life span w/out needing a recharge, and comfortable. Then one day the left earbud just died and I had to play around with it to get it working again. Since that day the headphone sound comes in with static, and the left earbud is significantly quieter than the right one even using the app I have not been able to remedy the issue. On a more positive note, I do believe the headphones are some of the most comfortable headphones I have purchased and they stay in while running very well.

Don't Buy These Headphones
I bought these headphones hoping for something I could use for work, workouts, and calls, turns out they're not good for any of these things. The noise-canceling is only passive, and when on calls the mic picks up every noise except your voice, as well as doesn't allow talk through. The buttons on the headphones work only intermittently, and only if you press them just right, and when running the headphones fall out of your ears. The one redeeming feature is the sound quality, which is phenomenal. Great bass and a really balanced sound overall.
If you are looking for a pair of headphones that have great sound, but nothing else, these are the headphones for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Good looking, easy to use
I've tested this headset for about 2 weeks now.
The first impression is that the quality is good and they don't feel cheap.
They are easy to connect to the phone and the sound quality during calls are good. What I like is that you have the option to make your own EQ profiles - which is nice if you listen to different kind of music, podcasts, etc. The sound is not the best, but it's by no means bad.
It's easy to change between noise cancelling, ambient sound or talk-through. The noise cancelling is ok, but not the best.
The battery is longlasting, but I did feel that my ears started to hurt after 2-3 hours because of the earpieces are a bit too big for my ears.

Broken first use
I received these as a gift and for the first 2 minutes of use thought, wow these are amazing. Then the right earbud disconnected 3 times. After following all instructions I realized it was dead battery and the case won't charge it. This is the first time use and it's not the connections or earbud bring placed wrong in the case. The right earbud doesn't even register. The manual that comes with it doesn't give any detail in full about the LED lights and what they mean either so I had to resort to YouTube to find this out. I'm so disappointed I have to tell my wife she wasted 100$ on my gift.

Excellent sounds
I've had these for just over a week now and the range in sounds is brilliant! The bass is very deep and clear. The battery on the buds themselves lasts for a long time but the fact they charge up using the pod while you're on the go is very handy. The only downside is app can be a bit buggy but I'm sure with an update it will improve. I was worried about the fit while running but they fit in snugly and stay in tight. I would definitely recommend these headphones.

Very Uncomfortable for Smaller Ears
I loved my reflect mini 2's, so tried these out when I broke my old pair. Took them on a long trail run and was super uncomfortable. These do not fit in your ear well (I comfortably work the small ear piece on the mini 2's). Felt like it was stretching out my outer ear and it went way too deep in my ear canal. Really had to take time to make them squeeze into my ears or they would fall out. Additionally noise canceling was super annoying/non functional if there was wind.

Loistavat ominaisuudet huonossa paketissa
Alkuun kuulokkeiden ominaisuudet vakuuttivat, mutta täyttäisivätkö ne odotukset? Kyllä, ja enemmänkin. Ongelmaksi tosin muodostui yksinkertainen seikka: kuuloke on aivan liian iso mahtuakseen korvaani, eikä korvani edes ole mitenkään aivan järkyttävän pienet.
Ominaisuuksien puolesta ostaisin juuri nämä kuulokkeet koska tahansa: paljon säätöjä, joten jokaiselle löytyy varmasti sopivat asetukset joka tilanteeseen. Mukana on myös erikokoisia silikonipäitä sekä korvatulppien että väkästen oikean koon saamiseksi.
Äänenlaatua en juurikaan päässyt testaamaan, koska kuulokkeen irrottua korvasta se menee automaattisesti pauselle.

Best sports earphones I’ve owned
Bought these last month after I gave up on my repeatedly broken Bose equivalent. I’ve had a long string on JBL audio products in other categories that have all been excellent so I gave these a try. Absolutely brilliant. Sound quality is 90% of Bose but also far more reliable, great battery life and super super easy to use. They also stay in your ears no matter what.
The ANC is excellent, even blocking out the gyms loud music. The talk through feature is also great. 1 button and I can all of a sudden have a very normal conversation without taking them out! Very well thought out.

Good quality sound, buds are quite large
I got these in december and was super excited to try them on. The charging was smooth and quick, connection was quick and easy. There's an app where you can change EQ or make your own setting, something I found myself needing to do. Standard setting was lacking in middles and lows, but with a few tweaks, I found a perfect level of sound that pleased the ear.
The overall review of these is awesome for someone using them for an office situation where you need some music or if you're in a meeting. Microphone sound is clear when in a phone call, though speaking through a mask severely dampened the sound.
As for someone with small ears, these buds were a little too large. Ears started aching after just an hour or so. Other than that, very happy with them.

Yllättävän hyvät
Yllättävän hyvät kuulokkeet. Eri variaatioita, joilla kuulokkeet voi muokata omiin korviin sopiviksi on kolme sisäkorvan pehmustetta ja kolme ulkopuolen sankaa. Oman yhdistelmäni löydettyä täytyy todetta, että pysyy todella jämäkästi paikoillaan vauhdikkaammassakin menossa.
Äänen laatu on hyvä ja kuulokkeiden toiminnot helpot käyttää. Ladattava appi tuo mukavan lisän käyttöön. Puhelimesta voi helposti tarkistaa esim. kuulokkeiden akkujen varauksen tai muuttaa painikkeiden toimintoja.
Aluksi vähän haastetta toi bluetooth-yhteyden siirto laitteesta toiseen, kunnes ymmärsi lukea käyttöohjeen paremmin, että kuulokkeet pitää olla latausrasiassa ja kansi pitää sulkea ja avata (blondi asialla).
Mutta kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin tyytyväinen näihin kuulokkeisiin.

Terrible
Bought two months ago. Right bud always loses its charge way faster than the left. Cleaned both well like in the instructions and still happens. The controls are complicated and not tuned well. Couldn't find any help in the app either. Awful headphones

Loistavat langattomat kuulokkeet
Alussa oli vaikeuksia saada oikea kuuloke pysymään paikoillaan ja kerran lenkillä se tippuikin. Kaikkein pienin pää on juuri sopiva väkäset pitävät kuulokkeet korvissa hyvin paikoillaan eivätkä kuulokkeet paina. Itsellä on ongelmana, että kuulokkeet eivät pysy korvissa, mutta nämä ovat pysyneet hyvin alun jälkeen. Tykkään ulkoilla niin että kuuluu myös ympäristön äänet ja taas sisällä saa hyvin keskityttyä esim sarjan katseluun hyvällä äänen toistolla ja ympäristön äänet eivät kuulu häiritsevästi. Todella tyytyväinen olen kuulokkeiden helppoon käyttöön ottoon ja pitkään akun kestoon. Äänentoisto ensiluokkaista.

Good but hard earbuds with annoying voice control
I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks now, and the first thing I’d recommend anyone do is to switch OFF the option of voice control. It is terrible, out of control, and even if the room is silent, it will ring someone from your contact list unprompted. In my case, it rang my ex, the last person I’d want to “bum dial” with zero way of cutting the call until he replied and I could hang up. Unfortunately, when disabling voice control, you also disable every other touch function on the earbuds except answering incoming phone calls which makes the buds useless unless you’re ok with having your phone handy at all times. Thankfully, I am. The plastic is a bit too hard for them to be comfortable to wear over time, but the sound is rich, deep and full, exactly the JBL sound I adore so much.

Hyvä äänenlaatu
Muutaman viikon testannut nyt kuulokkeita ja olen ihan yllättynyt niistä. Väri ei ole puhdas valkoinen vaan aavistuksen harmahtavan beige ja miellytti silmää paremmin. Erikokoisista evämallisista korvapidikkeistä ei meinannut edes pienimmät olla hyvät korvalle mutta niiden kanssa pärjää kyllä. Äänenlaatu on oikein miellyttävä ja musiikin kuuntelu sekä kirjojen kuuntelu vie mennessään koska taustahäly ei häiriköi ollenkaan. Lenkillä ollessa ainoa miinus on epäsopivat korvapidikkeet joiden takia ei meinannut pysyä korvissa kunnolla. Koska itselläni ei ole aikaisemmin ollut langattomia kuulokkeita niin tuntui aluksi puhelimeen puhuminen oudolta kun ei piuhoja roikkunutkaan mukana

Fantastic True Wireless Headphones
I got these JBL Reflect Mini NC true wireless in ear headphones just over a week ago, and for their price they are great value, the accessory pack came with different size in ear rubber buds and fins, that are very comfortable when you fit the ones that suite your ears best.
They paired with my Android phone really quickly, I did have an issue connecting them with my laptop though, but after a bit of research I found out that there is a button on the back of the case that you press and hold for 5 seconds that allows you to connect other devices, (I should’ve read the manual).
I down loaded the JBL Headphone app from the play store; this allowed me to customise the features on the headphones. I especially like the equaliser which allows you to set the Low, Mid and High ranges that you want, and you can also change the tap functions on each of the buds, and when you remove one of the ear pieces it pauses your music.
The left ear piece when tapped twice will read your latest notifications and allow you to use voice commands with Google Assistant, the right ear piece allows you to Pause, Play, advance to next track or go back to the track before.
The sound is brilliant especially when you customise the sound using the equaliser; they also have some other useful features. They utilise active noise reduction which I guess is great if you’re traveling by train, bus or aeroplane or even if you’re just walking around town.
I use them while I’m exercising, they fit very comfortably and don’t budge while you’re moving around due to the rubber fins that provide better support in the ear pinna and commuting to and from work by bicycle, because they are waterproof sweeting while you’re exercising is no problem. The battery life is good; it uses Type C charging cable so I can use my phone charger to charge the case.

Constantly falling out of ears
I bought these headphones about a month ago as I was training for a race and have been extremely unsatisfied. They are constantly falling out of my ears while I run and become harder and harder to get into place the sweatier I get. Listed as “sport” headphones I was expecting way more. Will be looking for a new pair of headphones and will be considering these $150 flushed down the drain.

Extremely Uncomfortable
I bought these to replace my wired in-ear buds from JBL. The sound is adequate, but that's the only positive. They are extremely uncomfortable. The main housing is way too big to fit in my ears. I can only have them in for about 20 minutes before they start to hurt. If you are doing any sort of activity where you even slightly bend over they will fall out of your ears.

Much better than previous version only downside is you have to keep the charger case with you all the time in case they unsync then you can’t use them I think you should keep the old feature as I kept just the buds with me and they last a whole day at work

Pretty good, a little too big
I got these about a month ago and they work well! The audio is good, the app allows nice customization, the controls and buttons work perfectly, and overall they are pretty neat. The only issue I had (being a smaller person, 5'1" and have pretty small ears) was that the fins that come with them, even the smallest one was too big. When I wear them without the fins they will not come off most of the time but the little plastic triangle that sticks out for the fins to stay in place hurt my ears. If you have smaller ears this is something to consider, as when I wear them with the smallest fins they will fall out constantly, which can be pretty annoying. Otherwise, pretty good product! I wish they had an even smaller fin size though :(

okay
I am now on my second pair and i am having same problem that i had with first pair, left side has quit working and the stereo sound is not longer there like it was before have to turn volume to max to hear anything, got first pair back before Christmas, exchanged them got second pair and 3 months later same issue has now started, other than that they are
great, size is perfect to me, love the compact ness of them, easy to set up,
may take back again and get a third pair see what happens

Great Bass.... but not for calls?
Got them from amazon, they have great bass to be honest, probably the best i've tried. The only downside for me is that while on calls, the other person cannot hear what i am saying, really. I need to shout loud and this is not normal. I've tried them on 3 different smartphones and the same issue. Is there something wrong with this latest update v4.2? I need someone from JBL to clarify this to me please. I bought them mostly for calls and i can 100% tell you that i cannot use them properly.

A little too sensitive
All in all a lovely set if Earbuds. Just got to get the correct sized cushion for my left ear as it can be knocked out too easily.
When using ANC really sensitive and awkward. If the left bud falls out, the ANC won't work when you put it back in. You have to take out the right bud and put it back in to reset the Earbuds and for ANC to work again.

Kuulokkeet testauksessa
Erittäin tyylikkään näköiset mustat kuulokkeet, joissa hyvä säilytyskotelo. Kuulokkeet menevät pieneen tilaan. Kuulokkeiden mukana tulee useita erikokoisia kuuloketulppia vaihdettavaksi.
Kuulokkeissa äänenlaatu oli erittäin hyvä ja laadukas. Vastamelutoiminto oli mieluisa ominaisuus ja se toimi erittäin hyvin. Akun kesto on 21 tuntia ja lataus oli nopea. Jopa 10 minuutin latauksella sai reilun tunnin kuunteluaikaa musiikille.
Kuulokkeiden yhdistäminen eri laitteiden kanssa oli helppoa ja jopa tekniikan kanssa hieman kömpelö selviytyi siitä hyvin. Bluetooth-ominaisuus toimi hyvin.
Valitettavasti kuulokkeet tippuivat omista korvistani helposti ja välillä vähän painoivat korvissa. Kaiken kaikkiaan oli oikein kelpo tuote.

Great earphones
Upon arrival I found these a little tricky to remove from the package, light weight and fits snuggly in my ears, the sound quality is fantastic and surrounding noise is unheard when these is connected to your device. Comes with a handy little case to store when not in use.

NOT SWEAT PROOF!!!!!!
f you sweat a lot, do NOT buy this product or any JBL products for that matter. These were my first and second pair of JBL wireless headphones (I'm on my third, which has broken as well) and each pair has broken within 6 months of use because I sweat an egregious amount in the gym. If you don't sweat or sweat very little then I'm sure this product will be fine for you. But I cannot iterate this enough, do NOT buy if you sweat a ton. They will just stop working in a couple of months and you'll have to call their terrible customer service and wait for hours just to speak to someone who barely knows english. DO NOT BUY, THEY ARE NOT "SWEATPROOF". Other than that they're pretty good headphones. Nice sound and noise cancelling.

Great sound quality
The sound quality on the JBL reflect minis is fantastic, especially when watching movies or listening to my favorite music while out running.
Not the most comfortable in ear headphones i have had as seem to not fit my ears with any of the different ear pieces.

Poor ear fit
I had a difficult time getting a proper fit in my ear, even after trying various combinations of tips. I believe that this impacted the sound quality because I couldn’t get a good seal.
Unfortunately, I had to return this item due to this issue.

Kuulokkeet
Pakkausta avatessa kuulokkeista tuli hyvä ensivaikutelma.
Korvaan sovittaessa tuli kuitenkin heti ongelmia. Kuulokkeita ei meinannut millään saada asettumaan korviin, vaikka kuulokkeisiin vaihtoi eri kokoista tattia ja evää. Lopulta kuulokkeiden asettaminen onnistui. Kuulokkeet tästä huolimatta aiheuttaa kipua korviin ja tämän vuoksi kuulokkeita ei voi pitkään käyttää yhdellä käyttökerralla. Äänenlaatu on taattua JBL laatua, hieman bassovivahteinen, josta itse tykkään. Ääntä saa helposti säädettyä puhelimen sovelluksella itselle sopivammaksi.
Kuulokkeiden parittaminen puhelimeen oli helppoa. Seuraavilla kuuntelukerroilla ei tarvitse kuin laittaa kuulokkeet korviin ja puhelimesta musiikkia soimaan.
Kuulokkeista tykkään muuten, mutta omille korville kuulokkeet eivät vain asetu mukavasti.

Good quality.
Great sound and battery life. The instruction could do with being a little easier for connecting them but once done they’re great.
Case charges the headphone really quickly and they’re comfortable to wear!

Our JBL Reflect Mini NC cannot connect to multiple devices. It can pair to multiple devices but can only connect to one device at a time.

The ANC and Ambient modes seem to work well. However, the Talk Thru feature doesn't seem to amplify the other person's voice as much, or let in as much sound as the Live 300 TWS model. Is this adjustable? Overall, these are phenomenal! Great product!

Hi, I have problem with ANC. I can't hear to difference between ANC ON/OFF. I can still hear an ambient sounds when I turn on ANC. I like this product but ANC was reason why i bought it. Is ANC only marketing in this product or I do don use it correct ? T

The ANC works much more effectively, if there are monotone frequencies in the background. For instance, in an airplane cabin or a train.

What's the better option, The UA Project Rock True Wireless X or The Reflect Mini NC? Also will the green colour become available on the UK site?

Can you wear these in the shower?
Our JBL Reflect Mini NC is IP67 waterproof and dustproof. It can be used during Extreme workout sessions and taking showers. But it is not recommended for swimming since Bluetooth signal doesn't pass through water.

Are the mini ones smaller than the reflect Pro? Cause those wouldn’t fit in my ears and am wondering if there’s a size difference for these hence the name “mini”.
Our JBL Reflect Mini NC is slightly smaller than our JBL Reflect Flow Pro but they have the same ear tip sizes.

Can i use one ear piece a time?
Yes it is. The right earbud is the primary, so powering it on connects to your Bluetooth source. When you power on the left bud, it connects to the right one. So you can put the right one in and just use it, but you cannot use the left one without the right one
