When I opened the product I was unaware it came with multiple fittings for the ear, which was good because the small fittings didn’t quite fit my ear. Having been on multiple runs every so often they would fall out, so I swapped to the bigger fittings and the fit was just perfect. The sound on these things are unreal and are easily as good as the AirPods I used to own and cost just a fraction of the price. I don’t really need to charge these for a couple of days and even when I do they charge so fast they don’t even need to be on for long. Overall I’m happy with them and would recommend if you was buying on a budget.

They stay in your ear great. The side controls are easy to use, and learn. The volume goes nice and high. Too many earbuds I've used are just too quiet. With this being said, the smart ambient is an awesome feature. You can't even notice its on, until it makes you feel alert of your surroundings. A perfect feature to keep you safe on the streets! My favorite part is the App integration. I can only speak for the Android version, but its awesome! This is the first EQ I've used that doesn't just lower the opposite sound spectrum of what you adjust. I have zero cons on this set!

The sound quality is GREAT and no matter what you're listening to - loud hard rock or bassy rap. The battery lasts really long. Never had any problems with getting them connected. They fit perfectly in your ears - you can run, jump and they won’t fall out (well, this didn’t happen to me personally). And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, I accidentally washed them with my jeans in the washing machine and was horrified. But, they work GREAT even after that. That's what truly "waterproof" means haha

However after only around a week of owning them, my first pair became quieter in the right bud than the left, I returned them and got a new pair assuming they were faulty, and have had the same issue in my second pair! Haven't done anything extreme to them or whilst wearing them, simply walked around at work and at home with them in. Barely any sound in the right but as well as more recently, crackly distorted audio in the left. At a loss as to what can be done

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rocky from One word: TERRIFIC Pros: - These are the best quality headphones I’ve ever tried from JBL. - Sound quality is terrific, the JBL Headphones app only makes the experience even better. - Call quality is flawless and crystal clear. - Very easy to setup with Alexa, the tap options on each bud are plenty and takes time to remember, but can be customizable through the app, which is a fantastic feature. Cons: Size of the case is slightly big and not an ideal pocket size. Even the size of the buds is bigger but they stay perfectly in the ear and doesn’t fall down even during workouts. Thanks to different size buds provided.

Can these earbuds be used independently?

Our JBL Endurance Race doesn't work independently. It has no Dual Connect feature; only the right earbud can pair with any Bluetooth-capable device since the right earbud is the primary device.

Does the app provide the db level of the music when you are listening?

You may manage and customize your listening experience when using our JBL Headphones App with your JBL Endurance Race. It won't show the dB level as you must manually adjust the volume on your source device.

Is it possible to get new filters. One fell off and I am worried they are going to get clogged or the waterproof feature won't work any longer

I tried cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. But it still didn’t work. The right side is not working

Can I change the volume on the earbuds? I dont see anything in the manual about volume control on the earbuds.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tour Pro + TWS has a sensor controls on both earbuds that you can customize and set for volume control. You could use the JBL My Headphone app to configure the gestures/ swipe controls. If you need more help, please contact our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.
