Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty great overall! At the very beginning of use, it made a low buzzing noise, but it went away after about a week - not sure what the issue was. Personally, it's a little too tight on my ears and head, thus it starts to hurt after prolonged use. Compared to the other headphones I've used, these provide much more detail, including panning of the instruments! I thought I was very familiar with a song, but after listening to it again with theses headphones, I was surprised to find out there was panning involved! It provides very good quality sound. Getting the charging wire out from my pc port was a violent ordeal, I was afraid it would get stuck..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I kept seeing mixed reviews about these headphones. Some said they were bad, some said they were good. So i took a gamble and bought these at my local best buy store and tried them. I didn't like them. Granted i love jbl products. My last pair of jbl i had i loved them. Which was i think the 510 bt. But these particular model of headphones they have i think just aren't that good. The noise cancelling sucked. Kept hearing this sound like wind was in my ears. That and the sound quality sucked. Which on here i did see that others reviewed the sound quality only to be a 1.8. Which i say is accurate the sound quality on these sucks. Jbl i know you can do alot better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Erinomaiset vastamelukuulokkeet Kuukauden kokeiltuani olen myyty. Elämääni astui pitkän tauon jälkeen täysin uusi ja ihastuttava äänimaailma JBL Live 660NC -kuulokkeiden avulla ja nyt on nautittu musiikista täysin siemauksin niin sisällä kuin ulkonakin. Istuvuus hyvä, tuntuvat päässä miellyttävältä pitkänkin ajan kuluttua, äänentoisto ja akun kesto erinomaiset. Pariliittäminen kätevää ja nopeaa, App:in kautta pääsee kivasti fiksaamaan äänentoistoa mieleisekseen. Ääniavustaja on vielä testaamatta. Mukautuva melunvaimennus on todettu hyväksi ja laskiessasi kuulokkeet korviltasi musiikki katkeaa automaattisesti (ja jatkuu taas, kun asetat kuulokkeet korvillesi).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceeded my expectations! It is very comfortable. I was very comfortable jogging in them but not recommended for intense workouts. The noise cancelling is very effective. My neighbors can be quite loud so I was very pleased with these headphones as I needed get a peace of mind from all the noise outside. Also the sound quality is amazing!! I am pretty picky when it comes to headphones and sound quality but I felt like I was wearing a very expensive pair of headphones. I was also impressed with the connectivity to the headphones and how quickly and easy it pairs with my phone. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faulty/ bad warranty-performance The headphones seemed to be great - good app, great sound. Since I couldn't charge the battery I had to send it in at JBL Germany, where I currently live. The headphones that were barely 3 weeks old when I had to send them in at some repair-service-firm. Neither can I get hold of anybody competent at JBL Germany nor does anybody of their repair-service react to my mails. I'd have expected JBL to send a replacement immediately instead of which I've been a longer time without than with these headphones. Summary: Probably good headphones, very bad warranty-/repair-service.

Can I mute and unmute directly from the headset, or the app? I use the headset to connect to video calls on my computer, and would like to mute and unmute myself while away from my pc. Thanks

The mute and unmute function only works for phone calls while the JBL Live 660NC is connected via Bluetooth. Press and hold the middle button for 2 seconds to mute or unmute the mic.

Is it possible to use an aux cable with a microphone and will the aux cable mic work with the headphones??

If you have a cable with an inline mic it will work, but it appears the cable that comes with this model does not include a mic. I am using the Tour One whose cable also does not include a mic, but was able to use the cable from the live 650btnc which included a mic and does work.

Are these headphones sweat resistant?

Our JBL Live 660NC doesn't have an IPX rating which means that this is not sweat-proof. For sports/workout activities, we recommend checking our sports headphones with sweatproof ratings, such as JBL UA Project Rock Over-Ear Training headphones.

can they be used for tv listening

Our JBL Live 660NC is recommended to pair with mobile phones, tablets, and laptops through Bluetooth connection. It can be connected to a Bluetooth capable TV. However, you may experience audio-video delays as these headphones don't have APTX HD low latency codec.

Is it possible to turn off the mic in the headphones? It sometimes picks up on random noises and calls people.

I looked at the picture of the audio cable that is included, and I saw that the connector on one end has 3 white rings, and the connector on the other end has 2 white rings. Will the microphone work, when using a wired connection?
