We love it!
The headphones arrived safely and were immediately put into operation.
We all like the color and the design.
My son tried it out straight away and is thrilled.
The pads on the headphones are very soft and comfortable.
They fit my 5-year-old daughter as well as our 8-year-old son.
He finds it very pleasant even after prolonged use.
The sound is great and my kids love it!

Active Noise Cancelling is undetectable
Comfortable, seems easy to use. I tested the active noise cancelling by putting on airplane white noise and turning the active noise cancelling on and off, and honestly could not tell at all when it was on. Might as well save some money and get the headphones without active noise cancelling as these aren't really effective.

Unique sound
My son (10 years old) was really skeptical at first. Because he couldn't see a microphone and really wanted to have headphones with a microphone. He was instantly connected to his cell phone via Bluetooth. The padding is super soft and also suitable for people who wear glasses.
I've heard music about it myself, the sound is clean and really great.
A huge disadvantage is the much too short charging cable. Because if you have forgotten to load it, you can't just load it on the side.

A great idea also high-quality headphones for children. It fits our 6 year old perfectly. It doesn't press or wobble. The material is really child-friendly. Since he flew across the room a few times. The micro function is of course great for our adolescents so they can constantly talk while playing. We have already reordered it. Top satisfied

Das Design, die Verpackung und die Verarbeitung sind wir gewohnt hochwertig. Die Kopfhörer waren angenehm zu tragen. Die Polsterung der Ohren ist perfekt für kleine Kinderohren und wird komplett umfasst, toll fanden wir auch das der Kopfbügel oben wo er aufliegt ein zusätzliches Poster hat was den tragekomfort deutlich erhöhte. Ausengeräusche werden zum Großteil durch das Noise-Cancelling unterdrückt, sodass die Konzentration auf die eigentliche Beschäftigung mit den Kopfhörer geblieben ist. Die Akkulaufzeit beträgt zwischen 20-30 Stunden jenachdem welche Einstellung am Kopfhörer an sind, das aufladen geht mit 2 Stunden auch sehr schnell. Die Kopfhörer können dank abnehmbaren Audiokabel sowohl mit als auch ohne dieses benutzt werden, sofern eine Bluetooth Verbindung zu einen anderen Gerät vorhanden ist mit den sich der Kopfhörer verbinden kann. Das integrierte Mikrofon ist praktisch bei Videochatt und Telefonaten. Uns haben diese Kopfhörer voll und ganz überzeugt und unsere Tochter ist sehr zufrieden damit

great first headphones
Our daughter wears the headphones mainly for listening to audio books. And that is also possible for hours. The wearing comfort is great. Even with pigtails, the headphones fit without exerting uncomfortable pressure. The headphones also don't adjust themselves if you move.
Folding the headphones almost completely together for transport is a great way to stow them in the backpack and leave enough space for other devices.
The ANC is not designed in such a way that you no longer notice anything. The ambient noise is slightly muffled. Our daughter likes that very much, because she doesn't notice the raving / screaming of the siblings so much and can concentrate better on her audio book.
If the ANC were to be significantly stronger, the function in everyday life would certainly not be optimal. You wouldn't notice too much.
What it lacks, however, is the ability to adjust the volume directly on the headphones. You can turn ANC on / off, start the voice assistant or turn the headphones on / off. But unfortunately there is no volume adjustment. This must be done via the connected device.
A charging cable with USB-A connection is included. A cable is also included to connect the headphones directly to a device without being connected via BT.
The battery life is completely sufficient, unless you are listening to BT 24/7. Switching off the ANC extends the runtime a little more. The battery can also be recharged relatively quickly. And if necessary, there is still the headphone cable so that you can continue listening without a BT connection.
All in all, a great headphone for children and that for less than € 100 at an acceptable price.

Please keep turning off immediately after I turn them on I charged them up the battery is not dead.

Does the active noise cancelling work when the headphones are plugged into a device with the 3.5mm jack (eg when plugged in on a plane)?

The noise cancelling features only works through Bluetooth connection. The data is not sent through a wired connection, just power for the audio.

The ANC button doesn't seem to make any difference. It's straight out of the box and connected via Bluetooth, but the ANC light is on and it sounds identical to when it is off.

Thank you for your question.
I'm sorry to hear that the Active Noise Cancellation on your JBL JR 460NC does not seem to be working. Please ensure that you've tested this in a reasonably loud environment, as if you have only tested them in quiet areas, the ANC will have nothing to cancel out and therefore will sound exactly the same.
To try and resolve this, factory reset the headpohones by holding down the Power and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Re-pair to your device, and test the ANC again.

How can you use the microphone in wired mode. Many game consoles cannot use blue tooth specifically switch.

Is there a size difference between the 460NC and the 300BT / 310BT? I am looking for the smaller size, however would like the Noise Cancelling functionality?

Hi, The wired connection to xbox one controller works only for stereo sound but not for microphone. Apparently the problem is 3,5 mm trs to trrs cable. Can the problem be fixed with trrs to trrs cable or is the wired mode not compatible?
