Can a case for the airpod pro fit this?
Our JBL Tune 215TWS has a different size than the case of earpods. We don't have an after-market cover case for this model, you may look for pricing and availability from third-party sellers on Amazon or eBay.

Are these good for sport/gym/running?

No, I would rather recommend the JBL Reflect Mini NC. These headphones are completely waterproof and are designed for Sport.

Can I connect it to a LG tv? will it work well?
Yes, you can. Our JBL Tune 215TWS can be connected with mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and TV that has Bluetooth capability. However, it is not necessarily designed to be used for video as you may experience audio delays.

How do I charge
To charge our JBL Tune 215BT, simply insert the charging cable that came with the unit into the charging port located beside the command buttons.

Is it waterproof? Can I workout with it?
Our Tune 215TWS does not have any IPX rating and is not waterproof. Overexposure to water or moisture can result in irreversible damage to the headphones.

Why is it when my volume is fully off, it still plays sound?

We would recommend that you reset your TUNE215TWS by following these steps:
Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source.
Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again.
This restores to factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for reset to work.)
It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again.
